Built around adjustable cable arms and an integrated half rack, the Oxion 5 Pro combines varied resistance angles and barbell training within a single strength station.
The Element Oxion 5 Pro combines pivot-arm cable training with a half-rack layout. Alternate between targeted cable movements and barbell exercises, with adjustable arm positions and frame-mounted storage for your attachments.
Turn the selector to match the ratio to your exercise.
Select 1:1 for heavier resistance or 2:1 for longer cable travel through functional exercises. Each 200 lb stack delivers up to 200 lb of resistance at 1:1 or 100 lb at 2:1.
Switch directly between 1:1 and 2:1 pulley ratios to suit your cable workout. A 200 lb weight stack supplies up to 200 lb of resistance at 1:1 or 100 lb at 2:1, with quick changes between settings.
Set the cable angle using 6 vertical adjustment levels from -36° to 54° and 9 horizontal settings from -90° to 90°. The pivot arm lets you position the resistance path for different exercises and training positions.
Configure the adapter for two training modes: link both cables for a combined 400 lb of resistance during bilateral pulls and presses, or use one cable for unilateral work. Move between configurations without changing hardware or rebuilding your setup.
Adjust the footplate across seven positions with a hand-turn knob for tool-free setup changes. Select the angle that supports your foot placement and body alignment throughout each repetition.
Choose between 475 mm and 1,025 mm grip widths using the angled handles for narrow or wide exercise positions. High-strength steel construction and tool-free mounting provide a secure, flush connection with minimal movement under load.
Keep handles and cable attachments beside your training station with ten hooks and a full-width tray secured to the frame. This included storage setup gives accessories a dedicated place off the floor, without requiring separate upgrades or additional accessory bundles.
Equip your half rack for barbell sessions with the J Hook Safety Arms Kit, providing bar support and spotting arms for strength training in home and commercial gyms.
Add angled barbell work to your rack with the Landmine Attachment, supporting presses, rows, and rotational movements within your full-body strength routine.
Create a supported seated training position with the Seat Attachment, adding a stable place to perform seated exercises at your rack.
Expand your rack's lower-body exercise options with the Leg Press Attachment, allowing focused work for the quads, glutes, and hamstrings without adding a separate leg press machine.
Set up supported single-leg exercises with the Split Squat Attachment, giving your rack a dedicated option for lower-body strength, balance, and controlled repetitions.
Maintain a supported seated position with the Leg Lock Attachment, providing additional stability to help keep your legs positioned during demanding strength exercises.
Add a cushioned contact point to your rack with the Horizontal Support Pad, offering body support and additional positioning options for a variety of strength exercises.
Give plates and training accessories a dedicated place with the Storage Extension, adding practical storage capacity directly to your rack setup.
Introduce grip-focused upper-body work with the Peg Board Attachment, adding exercises that challenge coordination, muscular endurance, and grip strength to your rack.
Organize Olympic weight plates around your rack with the 6 Pack Olympic Plate Horn, featuring six dedicated holders for accessible storage between sets and exercises.
Secure your foot position during specialized rack exercises with the Foot Extension with Straps, combining a supportive platform and straps for controlled strength-training movements.
